Come and Try Yoga
Seniors Festival gives you the perfect opportunity to try yoga if you’ve never tried it before. Yoga is a great slow moving exercise which is good for your posture and overall good health. The come and try session options are either Wednesday 1 February or Monday 6 February 9.30am-10.30am for only $5 a session. You don’t even need to bring a mat if you want to use a chair.
