About the Class: Tutor Led

This Meditation course combines the power of meditation with the therapeutic benefits of sound vibration. Each session you will be guided through a blend of mindfulness techniques that may include breathwork, visualisation exercises, tuning into your five senses, body-scan meditations and cultivating loving-kindness practices. The resonant vibrations of Tingsha Bells and the Tibetan singing bowl will also be incorporated throughout the course to create a harmonious atmosphere, promoting deep relaxation and inner balance. Discover the profound impact of meditation on your state of being as you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall wellbeing. Join us on this transformative journey to a happier more balanced life. 


What to bring:

  • Loose comfortable clothing that will allow for stretching
  • Bottle of water
  • Mat, towel or use a chair
  • Cushion (optional f to sit on or use as a pillow to lie down)
