Hills Homeless Prevention Initiative (HHPI) is a rental/bond assistance program aimed at assisting residents of the Hills Shire who are experiencing financial hardship. Funded by the Hills Winter Sleepout, a unique community fundraising event that raises awareness of homelessness. Hills Winter Sleep Out provides rental or bond help up to $1000.
